The Socialights’ goal is for new and existing members to get to know each other in a social setting. The group members are primarily empty-nesters and range in age from the late 40’s to early 70’s and beyond. Some previous events include wine-tasting, picnics, ball games, Israeli films, scavenger hunts, square dancing, brunches, dinner and a boat ride on Saguaro Lake, shows, musical events, and a luau. Membership in the Socialights is open to Or Chadash members in the age category known as Empty-Nesters (or folks about to become Empty-Nesters).
