HAVUROT
WE ARE FORMING HAVUROT AND YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN! A Havurah is a group of individuals, couples or families who meet on a regular basis, usually once a month, to study, celebrate holidays, have social activities, etc. Each group plans their own activities. The members begin to feel like they are extended family. You will be matched with others who have similar backgrounds, interests and requests. If you have not already done so, please complete and return the application (download below) to the Synagogue office. You will be notified as soon as possible as to your group. SOCIALIZING ACTIVITIES
Congregation Or Chadash has activity groups including "Socialights" and "Young Families/Young Adults". In the past, some of the Socialight activities included a boat cruise and dinner, an Israeli wine tasting party, Movie night, and a Ballroom dancing evening. Our Young Families / Young Adults participate in regularly scheduled family services, family social activities, social events planned for adults only, and a featured away-weekend in the Spring.
